Ha! What a joke! Their replica watches can't even pass shipping. As you can see in the photo, nothing is right with this watch, not even the bracelet. At first, I was thinking I can take it to a watch repairman but it's not worth it. It's just a $338 piece of junk!
The Site: Usability and Design
The site is not that great either. The photos of the copy watches on the main page are stolen from official sites. And they slide so fast you can't even tell which brand you've just seen.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
Their staff is slow and arrogant. They don't have a Live Chat feature or a phone line. I know the drill so as soon as I saw the watch I immediately sent them an email with this photo. It took two days to receive an answer.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
My Omega replica watch arrived in 10 business days. That's pretty average!
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
The return policy it's simple: they don't accept returns or exchanges. So they told me that I have to send the Omega replica watch back to China for repair, on my expense. This is insane! If the circumstances were different, I would consider it but not since I received a totally piece of junk! If they are not telling me the return address in a couple of days, I will file a dispute for the charge.
